Dive into the Mediterranean with handmade pasta dishes and beautifully dressed salads with ingredients like pomegranate and Grana Padano. The grill has fine cuts for every appetite, from chargrilled tender picanha to whole peri-peri chicken. Breakfast at BluVines include signature dishes like our smoked salmon, poached eggs and truffle infused tomato concasse, it’s just as perfect with a flat white in the morning as it is with a crisp Chardonnay at sunset.

Cape Dry Bistro

This traditional Bistro offers a selection of breakfast and lunch since they serve all their dishes, any time of the day. You can expect normal sandwiches, tramezzinis or you can enjoy traditional South African food like delicious Bobotie or ‘Afval’. If that is not your cup of tea, there are still a few other options from which you can choose. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly with a cozy fireplace in winter and a play park for the kids to get rid of some energy.

Die Boord is an old wordly café and shop, with a cosy seating area inside and a lovely tranquail garden setting at the back. You can enjoy a hearty breakfast or light meal or shop from the wide range of delights, gifts, clothes and books for sale. For the chilly winter months our soft couches and roaring fireplace are ready to warm you up along with a steaming cup of great coffee!

The restaurant here serves good quality and tasty food, from scrumptious breakfasts, light lunches and heavenly cakes, while the farmstall offers everything and anything that Montagu has to offer, be it dried fruit, jams, preserves or hand crafted gifts. The garden is a lovely place to relax with views over the Keisie river and the Bloupunt Mountain and has enough space for kids and tired travelers to stretch their legs. The restaurant is child-friendly with a kiddies menu and offers a lovely play area.

Coffee is the thing that started The Barn On 62. They use an African blend from Terbodore which consists of beans from Kenya and Ethiopia. Quality is delivered in both our coffee, food that is fresh and made with the best ingredients. Offering freshly baked croissants, homemade pies, burger patties and basil pesto, as well as local cakes and preserves. They cook using only butter, cream and free range eggs and committed to keeping everything local and in-house.

The Burgundy Gherkin and The Purple Pickle are family run businesses and have options for any palate, local or international, sit-in or takeaway. Sit upstairs, downstairs or on our unique ground floor deck and enjoy the Gherkin’s pizza, pasta and wraps. Also available: gluten-free and banting-friendly pizza.
